Building brighter futures. Together.

Programs

After-school study, mentoring and pathways for local families

Araya supports students from Year 1 to Year 12 across Inala, Richlands, Durack, Forest Lake and nearby communities with structured study, positive role models, sport connection and future-focused guidance.

What We Offer

One program, several layers of support

After-school study is the core of Araya. Around that core, students receive digital practice, mentoring, sport and enrichment opportunities that help learning feel connected to everyday life.

Study

After-school study

The core Araya program gives students a calm, focused place for maths, English, homework support, reading, assignments and study routines. A diagnostic check helps us understand each student’s starting point after enrolment so support can be practical from the beginning.

IXL

Free IXL account

Every enrolled student receives IXL access for maths, English and science worksheets, skill practice and revision between Araya sessions. This gives students extra practice at home and gives tutors a clearer way to reinforce skills. See what students get with IXL.

Mentoring

Positive role models

Students connect with trusted adults who encourage effort, model respectful behaviour and help young people talk through challenges, choices and next steps. Mentoring is woven into the program so encouragement happens naturally during study, sport and community activities.

Sport

Sport and wellbeing

Sport is used to build teamwork, physical wellbeing, discipline and positive peer connection through fitness, team games and leadership through play. Where possible, Araya also helps students stay connected to healthy local sport pathways.

Pathways

Visits and workshops

Guest speakers, university visits, excursions and career workshops expose students to study options, training pathways, work readiness and community leadership. Some excursions, camps or special outings may involve an extra family contribution.

Timetable

Class times by year level

Families choose Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday during enrolment. Programs run in Inala for families from Richlands, Durack, Forest Lake and surrounding suburbs.
