Building brighter futures. Together.

Mentor Volunteer

Be the role model a senior student can trust

Araya mentors help senior students think about career direction, character, behaviour, responsibility and the kind of future they want to build.

What mentors do

Mentors are steady adults who listen, encourage and guide. They help senior students talk through choices, set realistic goals, consider career pathways and reflect on character, behaviour and leadership.

This is not counselling. It is positive role modelling, structured encouragement and practical wisdom offered within Araya’s child-safe supervision framework.
